We ship via regular Postal Service. Our warehouses are located in Finland (EU) and in Estonia (EU). All packages are sent via tracked mail.

Sending to Finland or Estonia costs 5€ and to other EU countries 8€

Once your Prostatop product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to track your package.

Our Returns Policy is really simple

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. To qualify for a refund, the customer must return at least 1 unopened bottle.

The return of an opened or partially used single bottle will not qualify for a refund.

The buyer pays all returning costs. You have the right to change your mind. We’ve all done it – ordered something and later realised that it is no longer needed. You have 30 days to return your order under our 30 day return period policy. All returns must be received by our office no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase to qualify for a refund. Allow 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

Damaged or faulty items

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise what to do next. Our Returns Policy for faulty items upholds your statutory rights.

Item not received

We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

How to Return Your Item:

You MUST email our Customer Service Department first. You will receive exact information about returning the item in your email.

IMPORTANT:  Please include a packing slip or note including your original order number, name, address, and phone number.

Please use the original packaging (if possible) and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.

Seal the package securely with tape. Print our return address clearly on the outside of your package.

Send your return package via standard tracked mail. Keep a copy of your original shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.

Purchases will only be credited to the account used to make the purchase.

It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). No refunds on multiple refund requests. For example, a customer requests and receives a refund for returning the product and then re-orders and requests another refund. Only one refund per customer.
