Returns, cancellation and buyer’s protection terms
Our Returns Policy is really simple
When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. To qualify for a refund, the customer must return at least 1 unopened bottle.
The return of an opened or partially used single bottle will not qualify for a refund.
The buyer pays all returning costs. You have 14 days to return your order under our 14 day return period policy. All returns must be received by our office no later than 14days from the date of original purchase to qualify for a refund. Please send postal information to us if You are returning after 14days to confirm that product was dispatched in 14days. After receiving the products please allow 2-3weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card or paypal acccount.
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Return Your Item:
You MUST email or phone our Customer Service Department first. You will receive exact information about returning the item in your email.
IMPORTANT: Please include a packing slip or note including your original order number, name, address, and phone number.
Please use the original packaging (if possible) and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
Seal the package securely with tape. Print our return address clearly on the outside of your package.
Send your return package via standard tracked mail. Keep a copy of your original shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Purchases will only be credited to the account used to make the purchase.
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). No refunds on multiple refund requests. For example, a customer requests and receives a refund for returning the product and then re-orders and requests another refund. Only one refund per customer.

Governing Law and Disputes
1 All disputes and complaints can be resolved with our customer service
2 If dispute can not be resolved by customer service buyer can apply to Finnish or Estonian buyer’s Protection Office. You can leave a complaint to EU dispute commission here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Commission will contact us and we will try to work through complaint together.
In dispute conditions RusmanPharm will obey on decision of commision.
